Part of the Vision Claire group, Mad In Event is an event production company based in Toulon, in the South of France (Var) for nearly 15 years. Our raison d’être is to create events for corporate companies, public entities and individuals. Member of the Prodiss, MIE attaches great importance to the legal, regulatory and political aspect in its field, while keeping the objective of creating unique and original events that reflect your image.
Thus, we make every effort to carry out your project in the best possible conditions so that it meets your expectations. Professional event, inauguration, corporate evening, reception, launch of a new product or brand… We are experts in the creation of private or professional events, mostly in the PACA region (Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Marseille, Nice, Toulon…). Aware of the fragility of our ecosystem, we are keen to ensure its protection and we favor local actors and build an online platform to reinvent our business around 5 skills : consulting, executive production, corporate, equipment hire and artists booking.
Event organizer in the Var
We can organize different types of events, small or large scale, to make you live an unforgettable moment of emotion. If you would like to organise a company seminar, our team will take care of the design and execution until it is set up: Team building events, gala dinners, company CSE evenings and trips, private evenings, trade fairs… This will only strengthen team cohesion within your company.
Also, we imagine and organize during the year small and large projects for the communities: festival design, summer concerts, digital scenography (mapping) or decor, street activities for Christmas (visual parades, fanfares, etc.)

What is our job ?
Consulting, executive production, corporate, equipment hire and artists booking.
Attention, creativity and assessment are the foundations of our procedure. Our recommendations for your event are based on drafting the specifications, studying the cost and careful planning. We support you and make your dreams come true, while integrating our experience and all management and safety rules into your project. Together we build your project to match your expectations. We take care to write up an event report so that you have a solid foundation to subsequently develop your event.
Our experiences, developed since 2006, have allowed us to build a solid network among French and international artists and to have the confidence of their agents and businesses to showcase their talent. We will develop, in consultation with you, the communication for the promotion of your event. To create and to communicate emotion is our goal to thrill your guests and all the spectators during these moments which will be unique and unforgettable.
We respect all the sanitary measures required to ensure the smooth running of the event.
